Apple's privacy rules don't tell apps when you decline read access,
so Fitness Reframed verifies by reading recent steps. If you don't see steps,
open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Fitness Reframed
and make sure Steps is enabled. Then tap Connect Apple Health
again.

You earn one unit for every 100 steps walked, automatically. Spend units to customize your location cards — frames, art styles, holographic effects, and full-art layouts unlock as you level up each card. You can also buy unit packs from the Store tab.
Apple sometimes takes a few seconds to deliver the receipt. If your balance still hasn't moved after a minute, force-quit the app and relaunch — the purchase will be re-delivered. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple receipt order ID.
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID. Your journeys, completed walks, units, and owned locations all live on our server tied to your Apple ID — they follow you anywhere.
In the app, tap the gear icon in the top corner of any tab, scroll to Privacy, then tap Delete account and confirm. Your account, progress, and units are erased immediately. If the in-app option doesn't work for you, email admin@fitnessreframed.app from the address on your Apple ID or Google account and we'll delete your record within 7 days.
